How do I integrate Herbmail into Klaviyo?

Seamlessly integrate Herbmail data into Klaviyo

  1. Go to the integrations tab on the Herbmail Dashboard
  2. Click Main Connections
  3. Click on Add Destination.

 

  1. Select Klaviyo

  1. Add Name, Description, and Click Next

  1. Now you will be asked for the Secret/Private Key for your Klaviyo account

Getting the Klaviyo Secret/Private key.

  • To get the Klaviyo Secret/Private key, log in to your Klaviyo account and click
    on “Settings” in the bottom left corner of your screen
  • Click on the “API keys” tab and then press the “Create Private API Key” button.

  • Name the private key “Herbmail”, assign full access permissions to Lists and Profiles, and read access permissions to Metrics, Events, and Templates for your Klaviyo key and finally press the  “Create” button
  • Copy the private key to your clipboard and paste it into the Integration tab

7. Go back to the Herbmail dashboard

8. Add the API key and click Validate.

9. In the “List” dropdown, select the list in Klaviyo where you want the contacts to be added. We recommend creating a new list for Herbmail contacts.

****Remember that every record has a “tag” equal to “Herbmail”, in this way you can always segment the data

10. Leave the tag as Herbmail

11. Under the fields dropdown select any default fields from Herbmail you want to send to Klaviyo.

12. Click Next.

13.Select the Traffic sources from where you want to receive the data

14. Click Create Connections

15. Select the connections and Click Publish
