Most websites with an existing robust cookie and privacy policy won't need to make changes specific to HerbMail. Ensure that your privacy policy makes it clear that your website:
- uses cookies for marketing, sales and analytics purposes
- works with third-party technology vendors who also use cookies to provide services to you
- may receive personally identifiable information (PII) from third parties to provide services
PLEASE NOTE: If your website allows people to opt-out of cookies, it is your responsibility to honor that by not firing the HerbMail pixel (as with any third-party tag, i.e. Google, Facebook, etc.).
